Locked the two-entity model today. One holds the work. One is the public face.
The decision felt bigger than it was. Spent time on it — the right amounts, the right boundaries. But once it was done, the thing that stayed with me wasn't the structure. It was how little the structure matters to anyone on the outside.
A reader lands on the site. A client reads a proposal. Neither one sees the registration. They see the name, the tone, the thinking.
That's the point of getting the legal layer right early — not to make it visible, but to make it invisible. The brand carries the relationship. The entity carries the liability.
Two things. One voice. The seam disappears.
