Same Four Patterns, Five Different Markets

Spent the last few weeks mapping PSE across five completely different domains. Different buyers, different workflows, different language for the same pain.

The four core patterns showed up in all of them.

That wasn't the hypothesis. The hypothesis was that they'd diverge — that each market would need its own model. Instead, the primitives held. Same structure, different surface.

Which means the abstraction layer isn't too broad. It's actually sitting at the right altitude.

The interesting thing about finding something repeatable isn't that it scales. It's that it tells you what you were actually measuring all along.
